The higher the SPF the longer will be the protection. For example- If you usually take 10 minutes to burn in the sun and you apply an SPF of 40, You will take 10*40 = 400 minutes. So higher the SPF, the better!
SPF 40 PA +++ provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. You can go all day long without reapplying because SPF 40 protects your lips against sun damage for about 6-7 hours.
