No, they are two different categories. One is for cleansing, and the other is for exfoliation. LipWash® is a cleanser and much more mild than a Lip Scrub. LipWash® can be used daily, but a Scrub should be used only 1-2 times a week. LipWash® doesn't have any granules.
You can use it daily, both in day & night and can also use it any time in a day as per need. It is dermatologically tested hence is completely safe.
